Lol Of course the power has things to do with gen. You think it makes sense to call WiiU a current gen when it can’t even run the modern games while other consoles can? It’s outdated and was already outdated at the time of launch.
Generation aside, WiiU’s hardware is too weak that it doesn’t even worth $200. Of course you are paying those money to play exclusives but hardware itself don’t justify the price.

The vita had plenty of games at launch, the surprisingly low adoption rate meant publishers didn’t invest in it as much however the ps vita has loads of games you just have to look for them. The vita was also VASTLY better tech than the tech in the 3DS unfortunately for Sony the market for portable handheld has shrunk abd seems to be the younger demographic mostly and people looking for games like brain training and such. It’s a shame more aaa titles were not released for pS vita which is capable of playing ports of Ps3 games… And has ps now access to play games via the streaming service, it has massive library of ps4, ps1 games really Sony should have brought ps2 classics to it but never mind. That’s before you get onto its own titles: killzone, uncharted,xcom,borderlands 2, soul sacrifice, don’t starve, burnout, rayman origins and legends just to name a handful that spring to mind.
