Xbone exclusives this gen have been the lowest rated of any console in the last 20 years, this year they have basically nothing and the games that have already announced are less than stellar

Everybody basically has a choice, stick to what you have or be prepared to update every couple of year’s, it’s no secret that this was on the cards phil Spencer talked about it long ago and I’m quite happy to update every couple of year’s.
Pc owners pay more just for their graphic card every couple of year’s.

The name calling point is interesting how do you explain the “Xbone” name calling ?

The simple fact is most people will update to the new far more powerful model’s whenever they are released especially if they keep backward compatibility.

I don’t include the PS Protato in this as that was panicked released by Sony it is underpowered, feature less and didn’t have a place in the market, I expect them to do a lot better with their next model or they will be left behind.

When the name calling starts, it’s a sign of desperation in the absence of facts.

XB Scorpio will have the limelight for 2 years, then it’s all back to normal with the PS5. Enjoy it while you can.

You consider the XB Scorpio as the future forever, but I take a bigger view. Are you going to bin your XB Scorpio in 2 years time to buy an XB Scorpio 2, so you can match the PS5 doing native 4K 60fps on all games with perfect frame pacing and eye candy turned to the max.

The ‘way forward’ is for the console to match the TV resolution that the mass market of gamers own. XB Scorpio arrives 4 years too late for the 1080p gen and 2 years too early for the 4K gen.
