					<description><![CDATA[Its not hacking.  They are cracking users passwords using information they hit from other services.  For example they hack site X and get a users email and gamertag and password for site X.  Site X is NOT affiliated with Microsoft.  User X is dumb and uses the same password for multiple things.  They try said password on live and boom Instant access.  MS can&#039;t prevent user stupidity.  Nobody but the user can.]]></description>
