Yes, because players need their hand held with things like the MM scanner so they can “see through walls” or the Target Finder so players can be highlighted in a big red triangle that says…hey dummy, over here. Noobs.

WAW returned to the crappy WW2 setting for multiplayer. MW2 was great fun, but only in the right lobbies. BO was balanced but a bit dull. MW3 was full of crap like MW2 but had the Specialist setup was great. BO2 went futuristic(cheezy) and 50 flanking routes makes this a game for people that strictly want to run non stop. I don’t camp, but going 40-35 with 7 caps and 4 defends isn’t good IMO. Getting a high score isn’t hard, but staying alive is. I love how everyone assumes that if you don’t rush full time, you’re a camper. Please.

world at war was dated in its ww2 setting, good gameplay for the most part, but nothing special

mw2 turned into an arcade shooter with kids running around with dual shotguns, 10ft knife leaps, and never ending things flying/killing from the air.

black ops was pretty solid, but left room for improvement,

mw3 was more of the same, not really bringing anything new or exciting.

black ops 2 is fresh and well designed with the introduction of the 10 pt class setup, score streaks instead of killstreaks, and balance of guns and perks. no longer does cold blooded cover everything, they split it into 3 perks forcing you to choose wisely, emblem creator is bigger and deeper than before, and overall is the best version since cod4.
