i had an amazing thougt… xbox exclusives like Forza 6 are apparently coming to win10/PC so if ALL dx12 games come to PC they maybe not considered losing because China especially is a MASSIVE PC gaming market… if MS doesnt even have to sell consoles an get massive software sales thought its DX12 line of sofwatre games… that alone will annihilate PS4, seriously

thing is you have to be open to change and basically MS knows its lost the generation and if this gen is lasting for 10 years its best to back the PC… PS4 is stronger than X1 this is basically PS4’s raw stats

any bragging rights against the PS4…. they can say the MS exclusive Forza 6 looks 10x better on PC 😀 note i said MS exclusive not xbox exclusive 😛

The PC gamer not getting xbox i think misinformed really because MS have been doing some insane deals to the point they will be losing alot of money on every xbox 1 sold anyway so its in there best interest to not sell alot of X1’s as they will make alot more money selling games to PC than they will making massive losses on the x1 hardware.

Porting a game from X1 to PC and vice versa is apparently really easy with DX12 so there less development time between ports and will entice developers to code in DX12 making life easier for themselves. Youve got Unreal 4, Unity and cryengine that does DX12 in the engine and it automatically handles the eSRAM and everything so less downtime for devs.

DX12 NEEDS windows 10 because of WDDM 2 which is kernel level, its a really big change and apparently some people using the win 10 preview on PCs have noticed a 10-15fps gain on dx11 titles just form using win10.

Its a big game changer and i hope MS keep support for it properly as they will end up destroying playstation one way or another… its going get to thepoint where youll be buying playstation for its exclusives and everything will run better on PC :d
