How many PS4 games run at higher resolutions than Xbox one? Just curious.

I miss the arcades. All of my favorite childhood arcades were shut down.

To me the PS1 was the best gaming system ever, in terms of games. It’s really because Sony locked up all the best 3rd party devs for exclusives tho. I get it. But that console was a dream come true for games. Tekken, Resident Evil, FF7? Uggh, forget about it. But the 360 was probably my best system in terms of pure hardware capability; 4 controller ports, boxed in hard drive, broadband ethernet port, and entertainment apps that took console gaming to the great all around multi-use systems we have today. I became a hardcore COD head then, due to the broadband support, and now I’m a huge multiplayer guy. Of course I love single player too but the 360, dam the memories. I will say tho, that broadband gaming destroyed the Arcade, and its amazing atmosphere. I kinda wish we could go back…atleast for some time. Anyway I’m rambling, I gotta do this homework. But I agree the PS4 isn’t the PS2 imo, especially considering Japanese devs were dominant then….not so now.

I swear every ps1 game, that I owned and played, changed my life.lol jk No but I still remember those times I had and still play them from time to time. I love my ps1 and ps2 they bring me more fun today than the newer consoles.lol I just beat driver a couple of nights ago. It’s has some lag input and frame rates are bad,but I still had a blast once I got used to the game. I’ve also been trying to get all the stars in super Mario 64 on my xb1. I’m up to 95. I never finished that game I think the most I had was like 120 and some of my friends had a few more.

A lot of Internet journalist don’t do it for a living. A lot are fan boys that play down certain platforms. It’s why people think that Xbox doesn’t have games, but in reality it’s the best gaming console platform of all time.
I’ve been banned from websites for saying this but I’ll tell you the truth.
Remember that my Xbox 1 is not modded, and is 100percent legal. The reason I say it the best isn’t because it has better games than the ps2,but it’s becoming an open platform.
I can play xb1, 360, ps1,n64,snes,gba,nes,Sega Gen and master games. Those are thousands of games that you can’t play on a ps4 that isn’t modded. I’m a game collector so every game I play on my xb1 I own it . I love my old school games. I love that I can play super Mario all stars then jump to super Mario 64 then to Driver then to a four player royal rumble on wrestle mania 2000 all on the same console.
The xb1 is a win10 device so it gets its share of emulators.
I do own all those consoles but it’s easier to just play on my xb1 in HD and with an xb1 controller.
Don’t get me wrong I put over 100 hours on my ps4 pro last month so I play on there as well .I’m not a fan boy I’m just a gamer.

Ark is a beast of of my favorite survival games of this generation. Warning though it’s not for everyone some people hate this type of game.

Yes technically there are something like 8 million uncharted copies but less than half were sold individually so it cant reach the top 5 in total sales. Black ops3 sold like double that so it takes the crown last year.
Uncharted 4 in my opinion flopped when you look at the 45 million install base. Halo 5 were considered a flop but still outsold u4 with a 12 million install base. I did like them both equally. Not my favorite but both solid.
Ark was the best selling game on ps4 in January 2017. It would’ve sold more but it’s only digital. It’s one of the best games on ps4 right now.
The reason you never heard of it is because it was on Xbox only for a year and Sony fan boys play xb1 games down.
Now that it’s on ps4 it’s amazing.lol
