Please. Most Japanese games are cut 'n' paste versions of Final Fantasy or some pop anime, which USUALLY revolves around a bunch of 12-15 year old's with secret destinies who must wield great power to overcome some big bad evil. Oh, and toss in Joss Whedon style romance triangle, give it big guns, mecha, and high-pitched voices and you complete the recipe for roughly 95% of Japanese games. Granted, there ARE some great games out there, and some that have original and entertaining stories, but to say they are the BEST at everything is not unrealistic, but silly.
