Remember in the 90’s how many colorful, distinct mascot titles there were? Each offered a unique experience. Sure, they were mostly 3D platformers, but they all offered different adventures that were usually always suitable for kids. There was really no shortage of family/kid-friendly titles to choose from back then.

Now? Nowadays we have T-rated games that have worse language than some M-rated titles! And the stuff on offer for kids is pretty dismal. It’s no wonder so many 9 year-olds are either on Roblox or Call of Duty as the stuff on offer for them stinks. Nintendo can’t be expected to pull that weight all on their own. Sony and Microsoft really need to start thinking of the younger people instead of the 18-35 demographic.

Because I know if I were a kid, I’d be blue in the face SICK of yet more LEGO games. Enough’s enough.
