It was formed with 2 guys whom use to be with that studio, but also a number of other people from other respected studios. Saying that Warhorse is the developer behind the Mafia series is simply wrong.

The demo does look good. People should be giving their heads a shake if they’re not considering Crytek’s engine for next gen games over that of Unreal.
