PS4 is better looking but unless you are comparing them side by side like this, you wont notice this difference.

In reply to mr_m_cox. You probably don't play PC games often. Switching down from 1080 to 720 is like rubbing a layer of grease over your screen, every time. It's easier to see in those circumstances since you can switch back and forth instantly, but it's very noticeable.

The only really noticeable difference is the screenshot with the rocks. There is more detail in the PS4 version (though both look pretty bad). I doubt you’d notice the difference if you played each back to back (not side by side).
