lol its not . they couldnt finish it because of konami bullshit. its literally says 30% finished on the blu ray. and the worst part is its really the true ending of the game and the final boss battle that got cut.

I assume it’s in the Collector’s Edition as a bonus so that you didn’t need to complete the tedious side objectives as a means to unlock the mission and get 100% completion.
