The shots of the new footage look lower quality. Based on what I’ve seen from the new trailer while the lighting looks more vibrant there is so much more noticeable pop-in that it completely ruins the immersion.

Either way I don’t care. What they showed looked so goofy and ritualistic I’m still not sure if they were messing around or if that’s how the actual game will be.

Well, yes, fantasy and humor are a big part of the franchise. Ghosts, supernatural powers, and even soldiers going to to the bathroom because of a diarrea attack. But it has a strong emotional handling of themes such as war, hopes, dreams, technology and so on.
It’s my favorite series. Since I played the original MGS1 (1998) on the year 2000, I got hooked and got any game I could. The characteres are awesome.
