You guys have to move on in life. Although I was thinking that the ‘Truth’ and ‘real’ snake would’ve had Davids’ voice due to me always believing that we weren’t playing as the Real Big Boss all along. The ‘Hollywood attachment’ is the only real answer I can get to.

Sutherland is who Big Boss should’ve always sounded like. Hayter is Solid Snake.

Everyone just has to deal with it though, cause Sutherland nailed Big/Venom Bosses lines, whenever they actually happened. All it means is that if Sutherland had been Big Boss in MGS3 and PW and it wasn’t a random switcharoo, no one would’ve complained.

And I know Hayter from every other Metal Gear so from that point of view… Kiefer makes no sense, yes he did a good job, but he is not the voice of Snake and nothing is going to change that.

Dumbest “twist” ever. How are we supposed to like “not” being Snake. It the opposite of KOTOR when it was revealed that you were Revan, not an average joe.

He didn’t talk because the real voice of Snake since the start was not in the game.

There is a fair amount of dialogue in the tapes. I agree that Snake didn’t talk much in the cut-scenes, though.

In mission 45 Quiet may talked be more than Snake in the whole game.
