Over priced? Maybe. A demo? Frigg no! Not for me at least, I've put over 80 hours into this game and the more I play it, the better it gets, it really allows you to be creative and to make your own fun. If you just play it as if it were a linear game, in a very guided fashion, and your only playing to get to the end, then maybe it could come off as a demo but if you play it for fun, then you'll have a blast playing around with all of the tools you are given, I kind of look at this game as a big 'toy box' that is limited only by your imagination.
One thing that upped the fun-factor for me, and I recommend everybody else does too, is, when you are spotted by the enemy, don't pause the game and reload your checkpoint, your depriving yourself of some serious fun if you do this.
