Metroid: Other M has got a release date for UK, and the rest of Europe nailed down. Nintendo’s latest entry in the Metroid franchise, being co developed by Team Ninja, is due out on the Continent this September. September 3rd, to be precise.
The game, which marks a return to third person adventuring for the Metroid franchise after a brief stint as a First Person game with the Prime sub series, sees Samus traversing 3D environments, making use of both perspectives that have now come to be defined by Metroid.
The game also promises to be the most cinematic Nintendo game ever released, with a focus on story and story telling, voice acting and a sweeping orchestral score.
Metroid: Other M is releasing exclusively for the Wii. Watch this space for its review.
