Microsoft aren’t the ones designing 3rd party headsets. you should take that observation up with the 3rd party manufacturers like hp, asus, etc.

i think you’re jumping the gun there buddy. I believe I made an observation about the minimum specifications and asked a question. the question is based on what other VR manufacturers are doing which is low latency coupled with high framerates (90fps and above) to reduce motion sickness.
so please show where I am armchair engineering.
