					<description><![CDATA[windows 8, released in 2013 and have passed over 200 million license sales to date. MS made money. But yeah that tile stuff for a desktop was a bad idea. I&#039;m glad they are listening to end users and giving us what we want. 

As for the upcoming event. I&#039;m tempering my expectations. I&#039;ll be happy if they announce, one purchase on any windows 10 device  can be accessed across all your other windows devices, scalable games that are the result of smarter rendering tools. Code once for all devices saving devs massive time and money. Lots of Virtualizing talk.

Big news would be a Steam app for the XB1. It is running windows 8 and soon to be windows 10 after all. Its a bona fide PC. But like I said, I&#039;m not putting my hopes high.]]></description>
