Despite COD: Black Ops having previously appeared on the console, Activision had been hesitant to confirm whether Nintendophiles would be able to relish the Modern Warfare experience that their PS3 & 360 buddies will be holding so dear to themselves. Until now: “We’re pleased to have recently confirmed that we will release a Modern Warfare 3 Wii SKU this year,” says Activision Publishing CEO Eric Hirshberg, “so as not to leave any of the community out of the excitement.”
