While Luigi’s Balloon World had us all coming back again and again to the latest Mario platformer, we quickly ran out of things to use all those coins on. Nintendo is continually making sure we don’t run out of things to strive for in Super Mario Odyssey with new costumes. The Japanese page for the game has confirmed that more free costumes should come soon.
While we recently saw the Baseball and Satellaview costumes show up, there’s still quite a few of the previously leaked costumes that showed up in the datamine to be unlocked. We still have yet to receive the four costumes for the game’s Broodal baddies, as well as the Conductor, Racing, and Zombie costumes. Of course, Nintendo could add in more if they pleased.
Super Mario Odyssey was one of the critical darlings of Nintendo Switch in 2017, and would have run away with tons of awards if not for another powerhouse Nintendo series, The Legend of Zelda. Are you still doing the Odyssey? Let us know in the comments.
