Looks the same as NFS Rivals i.e the car constantly has water drops on the car even if it hasn’t rained for hours in game. Its a simple static graphic effect. So there is nothing impressive about the weather effects whatsoever just like every other racer this gen that ISN’T Driveclub. The fixed time of day doesn’t make anymore impressive either.
They need to build a game engine from the ground up built for the racing genre, like Criterion did last gen.
