Nintendo NX: J-Stars Victory VS Developer Interesting In Developing Games For Nintendo’s Next Console

Does this mean developers are officially lining up?

While we still only know a number of rumors and innuendo about the Nintendo NX, it appears developers are starting to line up in order to make games for the upcoming console. We’ve already seen the company behind Pokemon announce their intentions to work with this new console. Now developer Spike Chunsoft has said it most definitely wants to start working on the platform as well.

Chunsoft has made a number of different games for different devices, such as J-Stars Victory. Now the company has told Esuteru (through Reddit) it definitely wants to start putting games together for the NX. Spike Chunsoft has some other items on its plate currently as its working on a number of games dedicated to the PS4. The company says once it finishes the work for that platform it wants to move onto Nintendo’s upcoming creation. The firm has other plans as well, including attempting to make a couple of games for Steam.

Among the games they are developing for the PS4 is One Piece: Burning Blood and that game will also be coming to the PS Vita. Spike Chunsoft apparently hasn’t actually forged a partnership with Nintendo and the video game company has not given any details on what their plans for the console actually are. We won’t find out any of this information until Nintendo finally decides to shed some light on its plans. We’re supposed to know quite a bit more about those plans once the calendar turns to 2016.

In the meantime check out 15 games that should be released on Nintendo’s upcoming console.
