Games on the Nintendo Switch are restricted to the specs of the Switch.

Xbox Play Anywhere is just a digital store that lets you buy a “digital only” Xbox game and get a Windows PC port. The point of Xbox Play Anywhere is to resrict people to Microsoft Windows.
