if you believe that but it has been historically proven that whenever a new device is about to be released the sales of the current device falls. we see this in phones, cars, tvs, etc it’s partly on the fact people would be waiting on sales deals of the current line when the new device is released.
it would be crazy to buy an xbox one S right now when you can bet that some great deals will be out when the xbox one X is released.

so no, i’m not expecting the xbox one X to close whatever gap you believe, i’m expecting that people are waiting for the xbox X and new deals on the current Xbox S.
