Most retail stores dont allow refunds on games why should digital media. Maybe steam is the reason why theres tons of pirated pc games out there. If the game is damaged or something is a different story. Like wouldnt install because of a corrupted file at download. Thats deserves a refund. But not because they didnt like it or not what they expected. Or even if its buggy. Thats on the developers not the company that sells the media.
