Im hoping that all the negative attention causes valve to told under the pressure or put the pressure on hello games and get them to fold and allow refunds.

I honestly don’t care how many hours someone’s played simply because all the stuff that sold most people on the game isn’t there and I know gamers don’t like being lied to, no consumer does.

Have you tried since then? I would try making a big fuss now as things have clearly changed.

I do understand the predicament you’re in and I would throw a fit. Maybe your situation will start getting noticed. Once the spotlight is shown on it, they may fold.

I tried 2 days before making my post which was 1 day before tons of articles about refunds started hitting every site.

I figured they would make an exception since I have a massive steam library. I probably spend $100 a week (averaged over the year) so I’m an excellent customer who also never makes a stink AND I’ve been a steam member literary since day 1. I don’t return often either.

You get it back by not buying a console or ever using steam.
Build your own PC with high end specks.

You can build one today for the same price of a PS4 and it will have twice the power and not need an upgrade for at least two years.

Then just buy, rent, borrow or get new games from your friends.
You won’t be locked down with DRM, CODECS, LICENSES…

One way or another I’ll get my money back for no man’s sky even if it means selling my ps4. At least it has P.T on it.

Well yeah, the article originally noted that Steam refunds aren’t a guarantee- but it’s since been updated to reflect that better, and basically put the focus on Amazon and Steam instead.
