I don’t understand why consoles sales are still being pushed as the reason why it is successful. In actual truth, it’s only half the pie. A network infrastructure is the 2nd half and is ultimately the reason that will judge the success of a modern gaming company. Unless if you are competing with Nintendo, you can’t talk about consoles sales without understanding the importance of quality of services attached to them. The game have changed since Xbox live was introduced. Only talking consoles sales is a great cover story and serves as deceptive advertisement at best. Kaz knows.

Why doesn’t it sound good for Sony? Sounds like a pretty healthy number of countries to have released in.

I think if MS thought they’d sell 10M consoles in those other countries they’d have released there by now don’t you?

First of all , NPD is “INDEPENDENT” and not recognized by US Government.
2: they’re not “INTERNATIONAL”
3: Everyone knows NPD was founded and are funded by Sony .

They say they don’t cover outside the US but CLAIM they know world sales now , but still, won’t show MS numbers … what a crock of @*&% ….
