you are talking as if theres massive difference between 480 and 980. And NEO doesnt use 480. It is rumored to use “custom chip” thats close to 480 to 980.

PS4 Neo is a R9 380 with a lower clockspeed and a Jaguar CPU.

Neither will be close to PC cards.

scorpio is to be featuring 6Tflops. that’s about as close as 980ti and PS4 NEO’s card is to be featuring something close to 980.
So there won’t be a significant difference in 1080 in both system for consoles but the difference will be significant when it comes to 4k gaming and also depends on if Scorpio has whatever CPU that’s better than Jagure crap.

There are already cards that match or better Scorpio available.
His Lordship Spencer has stated Scorpio will be approx a gtx 980.

The latest budget cards gtx 1060 and AMD 480 beat 980 in most benchmarks.
