And in 14 months Scorpio when it releases that will be on par with a mid-spec PC.

People keep getting mixed up with what is NOW and what is in the FUTURE (14 months).

PS Pro is pretty much on-spec for a Scorpio type console released today.

Scorpio is on-spec for a PS Pro type console released in 14 months time.

Both consoles are made with equivalent tech a few years old for a reason – price.

In reply to Eliezer Barreto. AMD designs both processors in the APU, will MS and Sony license those and do some custom design for the memory setup. The components have PC equivalents so the capabilities and potential bottlenecks can be identified. Back in winter 2013, most people who play on both consoles and PC were deflated when rumors emerged about XB1 and PS4 chipsets.
