I didn’t ask anything. The reason they are locked to 30 is because they can’t reach 60 with any consistency.

yep games that are 30fps on xbox one will be 4k/30fps on on xbox scorpio.why you ask? the frame rate is locked at 30 and no amount of hardware will push a games past 30fps if its locked.

i believe most AAA titles will be 4k/30 on xbox scorpio.

I think a good rule of thumb is that Scorpio and Xbox One will have framerate parity. So any game you seen running at 60 on Xbox One will be 60 on Scorpio but also that any game running at 30 on Xbox One will be 30 on Scorpio. I still think $500 is too much.

many multiplats like any cod,bf1,tf2 games that are 1080p/60fps will run 4k/60fps on scorpio.im sure it will have its 4k/30fps games like most console games are but at $500 for 4k its still a pretty good deal.

Well no it doesn’t. If MS can stick one in the x1s and charge peanuts for it Sony can damn well do it to seeing as they manufacture the things, for 4k bluray to take off the players need to be cheap like sticking one in a console is a good way to get much wider adoption, or are Sony just stupid?! Besides they have another incentive not to do and that is they wouldn’t want to cannibalise there standalone player sales but they havnt got much of a choice now
