I mean really…. After it was said just the other day that 64% prefer physical copies.

Nintendo got to where they are by appealing to as many people as they possibly can. They know that many people don’t have Internet at home and some never will.

Sony is likely to do this first. Nintendo? Maybe they will have downloads as an option but I highly doubt they would kill cartridges. You immediately chop off a fraction of your fanbase by doing that. I think their consoles will be download only before handhelds. And that won’t be the Wii successor either.

Getting ahead of himself when 3DS isn’t even here.
