$800 million in 24 hrs isn’t impressive then what is????? And that’s just in 24 hrs for crying out loud. But I guarantee you when cod ghost comes out he will give it the best blowjob he has ever given. & nothing against cod , but its the same game for the past four years over & over and people act like its the greatest game ever to come out. I have 3 call of duty games I like them but its the same thing year after year. No call of duty game has ever made over $800 million in 24 hrs.. activision will release another call of duty game nov 2014 you can bet on it. People will again say oh its the best one yet.

Disagree, GTAV actually made a $billion in 3 days!, which is incredibly impressive considering it only came out on PS3 and Xbox360. When it comes out on PC and next gen PS4 and Xbox1, it will make many more $billions. Core Console/PC gaming is very much alive and well.

He has a point about some mobile games, but a lot of these casual mobile games will rise and fall just like casual games likes Farmville, it is the very nature of casual gamers that make up the vast majority of mobile gamers to jump onto the lastest fad, and then dump it and equally fast move on to the next big thing.

Molyneux should be more worried by the response to the beta of Godus, which has been pretty bad to say the least.
