					<description><![CDATA[Incremental upgrades aren&#039;t that unheard of in the console space. It skipped the past 2 generations, but there were the addons for the Famicon, Genesis, PC Engine, the RAM carts and other incremental improvements within a generation. The only real difference is that we&#039;re no longer allowed to just buy the improvement and need to purchase a complete replacement to enjoy it. Heck, the pre-crash Console market had crazier things going on then even today.]]></description>
