That comment is along the lines of some Sony fan LFMAOing at the idea of Microsoft making good engineering and hardware design choices from choosing to invest in what could have been bigger silicon budget into Kinect2/tv functionality/NAND enabled multitasking/apu budget for tv signal processing/ Kinect reserve taken away from developers who dont even use kinect (they will fix this very soon), decision put a 3rd of their transistor budget into esram + ddr3 & RROD.
