The Radeon 8000HD would not be cost effective as a discrete card. More likely an 8000 HD core will be married to an APU. That is the point of using AMD rather than Intel/nVidia. The next evolution of A10 is probably with a Radeon 8000 core. A10 now is a 3.8 gig Trinity CPU with a Radeon 7660D graphics core. That retails for $129 per copy. It's an easy refresh to bump to a the latest Radeon core. That makes much more snese than a discrete graphics card.
