The age of consoles has come & passed, the age of PC gaming has taken over.
Gone are the cartridges for consoles where you insert it and BAM game is on. The excruciating LOADING times of consoles are their biggest bottleneck and killer. While PCs have superfast RAM and SSDs.

You think I needed to look at Wikipedia to know what Sega is? Tell me. Does the Dreamcast wiki mention key disks? I bet it doesnt.

Wanna know what a key disk is? Its what turns a retail Dreamcast into a debug unit for testing.
