A new update was announced at PlayStation Meeting 2016, that will bring High Dynamic Range (HDR) to all PlayStation 4 consoles.

Alongside the announcement of HDR as a primary feature to the new
PlayStation 4 Pro, Andrew House revealed that the feature is so integral
it will be coming to all consoles in the future, regardless what model.

High Dynamic Range allows for images and games to be broadcasted with
a deeper range of luminosity, making visuals look more complex.

I like it. Very catchy. I’m now curious of the Xbox Scorpio’s impending name change upon it’s release next year. They would be beyond foolish to try to do the same thing as Sony with “Xbox One Pro”. I’d imagine them being more likely to come up with something stupid like, “Xbox One 2”.
