In reply to justerthought. Sony never made a 4K Blu Ray player though which is odd considering they created the standard for them. Maybe in 2017 they'll have one out but currently there's none available from Sony. I agree it's nice Sony is focusing just on gaming elements to keep the cost down but other then that point it seems to me Xbox is doing more for actual gamers then PS4 is. Gaming devs had to fight with Sony to get them to allow mod support and even then Sony has it highly restricted so it's nowhere near as good as Xbox's mod support. Sony sells older ps2 games for $15 a piece. Microsoft is actually making their system backwards compatible so you don't have to rebuy them and with a much much larger library of older games then Sony. Scorpio is gonna release quite a bit more powerful then the PS4 Pro and most likely with a 4K Blu Ray player in tow for just about the same price. Microsoft is also working on oculus support for Xbox to compete with a PlayStation VR

Not this it makes a difference but I’ll offer my perspective as a Native 4k PC Gamer. Although there is a noticeable difference to me from upscale 4k and native 4k, realistically the difference is made in the quality of the games. When I am asked whether the xbox or ps4 are better, I always say it depends on the exclusives you like better. The consoles are virtually the same with subtle differences. They are correct in that graphics are no longer the most important thing in gaming, proven by the massive influx of popular indie games that all have crap graphics. Upscaling may not look quite as good as native 4k but it doesn’t matter much. Just like the whole 1080p and 900p argument didn’t matter much. The only people who are hardcore followers of either side are clearly fanboys and emotional about the argument over childish differences. Objective people can see the value in both systems. I personally like Halo and Gears of War but I also like Uncharted and God of War games. Also, the argument of the scorpio is rediculous because you are leveleraging a theoretical system that doesnt really exist yet. It’s like saying the GTX 1180 is clearly better than the GTX 1080, when the GTX 1180 doesn’t really exist yet. Microsoft needs to stop insulting Sony talking about native 4k for a system they haven’t even officially announced yet. With that being said, the PS4 Pro doesn’t look bad on a 4k Monitor or TV and has definite value over the normal PS4.

In reply to Fweds. It isn't called xbox One Scorpio,it's called xbox Scorpio and that's not even official name either in fact nothing official about Scorpio has been released at all, and ps4 pro Is an upgraded ps4. Ps5 is Sony's next console in late 2018.

Maybe you should try showing some intelligence.the guy said very little difference between native vs upscaled.if he is right then there is no difference in upscaled ps4 pro vs xbox one s.
which makes the xbox one s the better console.
