Nvidia dishes out good high end tech but ridiculous prices when cards are over 300 to 800 dollars if u have the money then good for u. But recently the nvidia didn’t supply chips because a financial disagreement! Not because of having dedicated engineers to work with,
as the ps4 is using on the market products that are then modified to fit a console form factor. Another thing tomasi also needs to realise its not an a10 apu. It’s a dual apu more powerful then it’s predecessors , so I guess he didn’t really watch the ps4 conference or reports regarding its specs. Sounds like an idiot bad mouthing Sony with not looking at information available.

No he’s right. People have been hyping the PS4 as an advancement in technology.
The APU is a low cost AMD part. The GPU is not that strong either. The only thing that’s really advanced is 8 GB of GDDR5 RAM, which doesn’t matter, since the GPU and CPU are not that hot to begin with and you really won’t see any benefit from fast ram if the chips that do the crunching are not fast enough to handle the bandwidth.
