Sony took £360 from my bank. I have called them loads of times and they won’t entertain me. They insist it was my son and I know 100% it wasn’t. Now they have frozen the account. Anyone got any ideas? Seriously considering suing them

I wonder if anyone can help me. My son has a PS4 and while playing Fifa 14 in a party group, some guy offered him a load of free Fifa points. He said yes please, the next thing he’s got loads of them and this guy kept adding them. I have now discovered that in fact WE were paying for these and over £600 has been taken out of my bank account. ive logged onto forums where people have had payments taken for fifa points but they haven;t actually used them. Our problem is he thought they were given to him and has used them. my son is autistic and ALWAYS asks permission to purchase anything, no matter how small the amount. Ive been on to Sony who say they are “investigating” but can they find out if another person has actually purchased these even though its come from our PSN account and the points have been used on our console? HELP please

hi this is happened to my son i contacted psn about £715 taken from my account and they are saying now that because its on my sons system they are not refunding me i have looked and there is nothing on his system and he didn’t buy anything . now my on chance to get my money back is through a solicitor. can anyone recommend a good one. i am so livid with pns now 🙁

LOL! This is not a PSN problem. It’s an EA security problem. The same thing happens on XBL/Xbone and PC. Gaming Bolt needs to hire actual journalists instead of clueless schmucks.

Hi please anyone help me! Ive just had a bill for over £1000 for fifa points. My son said someone hacked into the account and I laughed. How would he know? My statement has come in. My email shows a few purchases but around £800 have not come on the email system. They said emails were sent!!

Happened to me this week. Emails at 2AM about someone purchasing FIFA points until they drained my account. I don’t on FIFA. Sony refunded the money to my account and scolded me about sharing information. The system had not been turned on in a month and no one knew my information.

charged £70, a few days ago for fifa 14 stuff. never bought the game, and the transactions were made when i was asleep and ps3 was off. still waiting for a call back. compensation would be nice, but unlikely.

Yeah they got me for $100 on 12/2/2013 Sony rep said they would email after 5-7 business days about my refund. As of today there is still no response from Sony. Very aggravated as Christmas is coming up. I my PS4 will be for sale if I don’t hear back this week.
