Yes, which is why he probably interpreted it as PC compared to PS4. Xbox and PS4 CPUs aren't much different, anyway. They're both 2x4 core Jaguars.

I think the interviewer did a lousy job setting up the questions. It just gives people a false impression or bad information. For example Cozomel's question is valid. The developer even stated that he didn't have a dev kit for an Xbox 1 so he has no basis to compare. Maybe he could compare the framerate or resolution vs the Vita version of the game. The way the questions were asked seemed to try to draw the developer into a comparison of the Xbox 1 and Playstation 4. The interviewer should have done the research to know if the developer had even tried to port the game to the Xbox 1. You may as well ask the developer of Infamous Second Son to tell you how much trouble he has had porting the game to the Xbox 1. :)

Well anyway, If Sony read this, then listen to me: you need to keep making more good looking ps4 exclusives. Like maybe Dragon's Dogma 2, or King's Field 5, or LBP 3, or maybe God of War 4. Sony did promised that they will make more ps4 games. But seriously Sony, you need to make more PS4 exclusives if you want the PS4 be the best console.

Probably PC. We already know PS4's CPU performs better than Xbox's CPU for whatever reason.

Consoles like PS4 have mantle-like low level APIs that already reduce CPU overhead compared to current PC games, so they don't need beast CPUs to keep up.
