Depends on the native resolution and the size of the tv it&#039;s played on to be fair though. When i had a 54 inch tv i was happy with 720-1080p but     now i have a 65 inch 4k HDR tv  , 1080p looks considerably worse unless upscaled to 4k. 720p looks decidely ordinary on larger tv&#039;s too.

I was used to 320x200 and 320x400 growing up though so i can still put up with it :) seeing i first had an Amstrad cpc 464 then a commodore Amiga. I still think i had more fun on those than anything since to be honest.

I think it is just down to when you are a kid games are exciting but as you grow older they all seem to meld into being much of a muchness unless something really stands out like Naughty Dog titles etc.

Or The Blackwell series adventures on PC which are only VGA and are still some of my favourite games of all time.]]></description>
