I don’t understand why people still are thinking of the 4K upscaling as if it was the big mystery, it is been clearly stated that it is not native 4K they are using an AMD based software solution. From the specs it is clear it is too much to ask for native 4K, even PCs with high end 900 series cards have hard time displaying 4K (let alone at 60FPS). If the PS4 Pro can upscale with some level of success that is not noticeable at first glance at 30FPS that is fine. Personally I don’t own a 4K tv and honestly I would like to see what benefits the PRO will have for 1080p, if the improvements are more consistent or higher frame rates and some increased details then I am all for it. But it seems that the 1080p benefits are the least shown aspect so far, which makes it seem like SONY is is just trying to find a way to get people to buy 4K tvs
