					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m curious as to the reason seeing as I&#039;d imagine all 4 consoles could probably render this at 60fps.  The game is made up of mostly bitmap backgrounds so the only thing being rendered is the models and lighting effects and based on the gcn/Wii versions the lighting was mostly prebaked anyways.

I wonder if its just a matter of how the engine was coded and running at a higher frame rate would break things that capcom doesn&#039;t want to spend the money on fixing.  They want to minimize development costs as much as possible to make themselves a nice profit]]></description>
