You will need a good PC to keep a solid 60fps on this game using max settings even at 1080p. An i7 4790k + GTX-970 couldn't keep at 60fps, and even feel to 30fps in some places.

Although the Xbone runs at 30fps Digital Foundry's i3 + 750Ti-OC ( on lower settings than Console ) was dropping to 10fps and couldn't keep good frame-rates at low settings. Both CPU and the GPU were shown to be not up to the task. This is why DF have been using a more meaty PC when doing faceoffs with Xbone nowadays.

Using the i7-4790k + GTX-970 at same settings as Xbone seems ok but still cannot hold a solid 60fps in places unless dropping more settings which then allows a solid 60fps....To match Xbones settings and able to keep a solid 30fps you will need something like the i7 4790k + GTX-960
