They only threw in the &quot;timed&quot; word as a response to the reaction from GamesCom, as it means it&#039;ll drop on Xbox first, then PC later. Microsoft has done this plenty in the past, and that&#039;s why Phil keeps echoing &quot;I want to invest in our own IPs more. 3rd party exclusives won&#039;t happen much&quot;. 

They&#039;re tired of seeing great IP like Mass Effect, Ninja Gaiden, Splinter Cell etc, make their way to rival systems. Both MS and Sony will continue to do these deals, albeit infrequent. I personally expect both Tomb Raider and Street Fighter sequels to these, to hit both systems later. Boom]]></description>
