Rockstar Games has announced the first wave of their officially approved community created jobs for GTA Online. The Rockstar Verified jobs are available across both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, and there will be more coming up in the coming months.
Currently, the jobs available are of the Deathmatch and Race variety, and they are available exactly as their creators intended them, except for when Rockstar had to censor them because they were a bit too tasteless, even for them (yes, apparently that can happen), or for copyright reasons.
Rockstar is also inviting more contributions, asking players to submit their ideas. Each job is tested and played by the folks at Rockstar before it is verified.
