Interesting how Microsoft is copying the PS4 even after you defended the Xbox One!

Terminator doesn't like the Xbox One. He just wants a PS4 with a Microsoft logo. lol

This is really embarrassing for Microsoft and the Xbox fanboys. All Microsoft has been doing is copying Sony this gen. Microsoft are not innovators. They're followers.

Microsoft is basically admitting defeat.

The issue with Xone is the 16 RoPs this is fine for 1080p but when you need to scale beyond that you are going to run into issues with that little amount of RoP's.

There's no reason why it couldn't support it. Any hardware with a usb port and HDMI can in theory support the oculus or any other VR implementation. Its just a matter of a company like Microsoft to give the ok and you're off to the races.

Yeah I hear u. I'm more excited about HoloLens. Imagine Cortana in an AR HUD when playing Halo 5, talking to u personally? That'd be amazing. Or having one of the Spartans' face show up on ur glasses, or a digital overlay of an upcoming map...

I thought this was a possibility. Perhaps they weren't ready to show oculus playing natively with x1 yet as the deal may have been only done relatively recently, and they are too early in development. It would make sense for both companies as it would give Xbox a foot in v.r, and open up the console market for oculus, preventing Sony from having the market all to themselves. Let's not forget oculus is owned by facebook, a company Microsoft has a not insignificant stake in.
