well i hope a lot of people will join me in saying “fuck you” to console hardware developers and convert to pc gaming. i mean… nintendo launching a current-gen console a couple of years late, microsoft having no intention of releasing a new console anytime soon and ps4… see above.

the differences might currently be barely noticeable but once this year ends and titles like battlefield 3, skyrim, etc. are released, it won’t be possible to overlook the differences any longer. just watch the clips of battlefield 3… console version has no ambient occlusion, no soft shadows – the lighting overall is just incredible on pc. i do lighting for a cheap tv show and we can’t even afford to render with such quality. it’s really amazing what this game pulls off in real time…

There’s a lot of whining going based on assumption that don’t even make sense. Firstly, just because Sony want to expand their user base doesn’t mean they would abandon those that they have, largely “hardcore” gamers. That would not make any kind of business sense. Secondly, Nintendo are making a determined push into “hardcore” gaming, this can only be a good thing. They think they have soaked the “casual” market and feel the need to expand into “hardcore” gaming. That means more hardcore games -Doh!

@ minners71: first odf all, if you had ever seen any posts by me i always use lower case letters, unless required otherwise. second, if you are attempting to correct me do so but be valid about what you are saying. i see a flaw where you used the numerical ‘2’ instead of the proper way which is spelling it out. third, everyone can understand what i am saying…for you to pick out something as inconsequential as double spacing between sentences is not required here. this is not typing class, you see. fourth, your last line(s) you wrote was not really required as it seemed as though you were FAILING at an attempt to correct my mistakes. correct me if i am wrong, but in my last post i made a valid point; and that point was that if this is the same ‘joe that had posted in another forum (which i would put money on that it was), then this guy is a troll. otherwise, try proving me wrong! – ain’t gonna happen. ciao! 😉

This makes me laugh. So the only video games women play are ones with motion controls, huh? I’m pretty sure Sony can screw those casual players (mostly in United States) and focus on the people actually buying their products in the first place.

In reply to JOE. Mantas before having a go at Joe for spelling and grammar mistakes may I advise you to proof read your replies in future before posting. When using I it must be a capital I not a i, also after a full stop you should have 2 spaces and start the next sentence with a capital letter. (another site when i got to) this makes no sense maybe you meant ( another site that I go to )
