Sea of Thieves New Video Shares Details On Game’s Progression

Plus, community guidelines for the game published as well.

Sea of Thieves looks like the freshest exclusive Microsoft has had on the Xbox for a while, replete with the vibrance and charm that defined some of Rare’s best yesteryear efforts. It’s always a joy to see the game in action and motion (even if we sometimes see too much of it), and the newest video for the title is no different.

This video shows Rare detailing how the game’s progression system will work, which is something that a lot of players have been curious about for a while: what exactly is there to keep them coming back to the game, and playing with their friends? And now we have the answer.

Rare also shared the ‘Pirate’s Code’, a bunch of community guidelines that they will enforce to ensure the game remains a friendly environment for all players. They are still subject to change, since the game is in alpha- but they should give us a good idea of what to expect when it finally launches on the Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs exclusively next year.
