Yes this is true. I have been trying to get Sony for over a year to restore my ESO copy. One day poof gone not in the library and the game had a padlock icon on it saying i didnt have a licence. I have done all the “fixes” trust me even a new hard drive and a complete restore of my system. Sony now says well you have a license for the game it should be there it must be bethesdas issue. Now i have been working with Bethesda for over a week and its been a goat rodeo with them. These issues are true and are posted all over the net. I think its time for a class action suit from what I can tell are thousands of people who lost games they paid for and have neither the game or a refund and guess what thats called….. Theft. This issue is huge and somehow its just swept under the rug. I think at this point the only way to make Sony address it and fix it is to force them with a class action lawsuit. I have already submitted my information to a firm that handles corp class action suits.

This bug just happen to me this morning.. I played the division last night..cut my game off like u normally do..an this afternoon I cut the game bk on an the division is no longer on my hard drive deleted itself.. Wth is going on???

In reply to just_got_wicked. I know this is a really old post, but to bring up some stuff, people's internet is never exactly the same, as well as a consoles software could be interfering with it, doesn't mean a system could have been manufactured with a bug on the MOBO

Are people really this stupid? Its talking about the library not just your downloaded games, i have 150+ digital games, i dont have enough memory to download all of them so i delete them and download when i want to play again, but their are only 60 games in my library now. i havnt seen a problem of it removing installed games yet.

Black ops 3. playing it then went to close application and boom. games gone. started downloading it again and did the same thing and yet again.. no error messages or anything..
